I've heard that vitamin C can dry up your cm. Is this true?
My May cycle I had ewcm but my June cycle(my attempt) I did not. I have been drinking OJ, grapefruit juice, V8, and lemon water. Is this too much?

Hmm...I'm rethinking all of this vitamin C. It's in almost everything though. Ugh!

I hadn't heard that! I did have a lot of vit C in juices, v8, fruit, etc ... but I still had a good amount of EWCM. It would be hard to sway boy without getting loads of vit C just because of the focus on fruits and veg and juices.

I have actually heard the exact opposite. Vit C coupled with water, will HELP you produce a lot of CM. The reason pink swayers take Vit. C is for acidity.
PLEASE PLEASE I BEG you, continue drinking the V-8 every day. Nutrients across the boards sway blue. No one should ever avoid or limit ANY nutrient in a blue sway.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
