As much as I'd like to think I am following the LE diet, I really don't think I am! I don't think I am doing properly! However, I have been skipping breakfast (around a 15ish hour fast), cut out snacks as much as possible and generally cutting back on my calorie intake. I have also upped my intake of diet drinks (rather than full fat coke etc). I have been doing this for around 4-6 month now and have lost around 8-10lbs. My BMI has gone from 21.1 to 19.1.
One thing I have noticed in the last few months is my skin and hair has deteriorated, hair looks dull and skin is covered in breakouts : ( Wondering if this has anything to do with my change in diet?
Am I kidding myself to think this approach may assist in my sway for a girl?

It sounds like you're doing it all right!!
And it may be the changes in diet causing your hair and skin changes as it's less nutritious than what you were probably eating before and lower in protein and healthy fats.Mum of 9 boys & my stillborn angel daughter, Shaylah Anne 20/02/2015

Sounds like you are doing great to me. I am not doing much more than that myself. I have upped my cardio. Can you add exercise to your routine?

Doing the same thing and have lost 5lbs since 5/22.
I'm sure once I add the cardio back in I will lose more but I'm not ttc until December so I don't want to lose too much.
Good luck to you!Mom to three princes(9)

Even if you only do one tactic from the LE Diet playbook you are still swaying. The LE Diet is NOT like the other sway diets where you have to do this impossible series of things exactly right or your sway fails. It is perfectly fine to do one or two LE type things and still call it a sway. IT will still sway pink for you, more than if you had continued eating your boy-friendly diet.
After 4-6months it is getting time to pull the trigger and get pg! Please tell me what else you are doing to sway so I can help you tweak it to up odds of conception.
I would have you add in zinc 8-15 mg 3x a week, iodine supps 150 IU daily thru cycle and into pregnancy, and if you are not eating much animal products (eggs, dairy, chicken and fish or red meat cheats occasionally) then take one of the lowest dose B12 supps you can find once per week.!!! Thank you for the encouragement! My concern and worry over why the diet part of my sway isn't working is I haven't really altered my meat, fat and dairy intake. I have stuck to the same sort of evening meals I ate when TTC first time around (DS1 born in 2012). I think this is where my sway falls down : ( I do skip/delay breakfast though and lunch is usually something small so I guess this is a positive. Think I would struggle adding exercise into my routine, I am not a natural exerciser!
Atomic - I am getting very close to pulling the trigger! This is the last cycle (currently CD4) before we start officially trying. Started taking SP this month and will stop at ovulation then start again next month on the same pattern. Thinking of incorporating Rephresh into my sway. Will also use Zyrtec (I seem to get rather a large amount of CM so hoping this will help to reduce that). Have been taking folic acid tablets for the last 3 months too in order to prepare my body for pregnancy. Any other advice/tips greatly appreciated though. Getting slightly nervous now that I am so close to TTC, feel like I have spent months researching, cant believe the time is nearly here!

Well, I have actually seen people getting girls doing exactly that, like a "slimfast" verson of LE - skip breakfast, light lunch, then a sensible dinner.
RepHresh is getting so-so results (all the jellies are getting the same results with and without them, indicating they are not doing anything). If you aren't already using it, I am "eh" about anyone inculuding it esp. with as low a BMI as yours is. I think it will be better for you to err on the side of quicker conception and the jelly just ain't bringing it in the results dept. to justify the trouble it causes.!!!
