Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was a little more lax with the diet after my miscarriage but still kept low on calories and did less meat and fat, no snacking.

I did have about 3 weeks break from the diet while I was pregnant.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
140 lbs.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I exercised 6 days a week for 60 minutes on the elliptical but I had taken two weeks off while pregnant. Started right after my loss though and had a full two weeks of it before attempt.

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?
Technically two. We had an attempt on Thursday since we were not going to be home Friday night and I got my positive on Saturday morning so we attempted then as well but with a second batch and jump and dump and pull-out. There was probably one sperm that made it out of that bunch, haha

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The exercise and the first egg after loss
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Two BD's it wasn't supposed to work out that way but I got nervous the sperm wouldn't last until O from the 1st attempt.
Things worth mentioning:
- I really focused on keeping my blood sugar low and not snacking. My calorie intake was half of what it was when I conceived my boys. Hopefully it was all enough. I really felt my miscarriage baby was a girl..I just really hope this one is too.
