I am confused how you guys can change one food and suddenly notice this huge difference in CM because it doesn't seem to happen to me, but I'll take your word for that.

ARe you eating other stuff besides full fat dairy?? IT needs to be part of an overall boy friendly diet and not just full fat dairy. So eat lots of things, and in addition use full fat dairy for part of your food intake.

If you don't think it will work for you, don't drink it. There are tons of other things you can eat as part of a blue diet.

Yes, I do think a bit of Old Wives Tale (maybe from hot and cold foods??) but I am always open to the idea that others may know things I don't, so I don't discount it. Western cultures tend to think of dairy as mucus-producing but it is not known if this is really even true or not.

I wonder if what could be happening is that you are lactose intolerant (many Asians are) and it's not possible for you to really digest milk very well. You may find that cheese and yogurt are easier on your system because the lactose is already digested beforehand. So drop the glass of milk, keep yogurt and cheese if you like them, and try getting good fats from other things (meats, eggs, butter has little to no lactose in it)

Yes definitely take the vitamins prescribed by your doctor!!! BEing nutrient deficient will sway pink and you need them for your health!

I have always always had tons of dairy in my diet and with both my 3rd and 4th son I was taking calcium and Vit. D. With my 4th boy I was swaying pink and taking something like 800 mg a day and I took 1000 IU Vit. D with my 3rd boy and 1200 with my 4th!!
