hi lyagirl i am so sorry to read this and you are not alone, it happened to me too earlier this year. In my case it was coming off BCP that did it. Have you come off BCP recently or any other change happened such as rapid weight loss? If not BCP what were your previous cycles?

I've not been on bcp for years so not that and ive not lost much weight mores the pity! Previous cycles are a little bit all over the place from 28 days to more often around 33-35 days. I keep getting that achey feeling like af is about to come but goes away again. I tested for pregnancy but negative on cheapies.

I would recommend seeing your doctor and insist on blood tests. If anything they will rule out thyroid issues.

How long have you been on the diet, supps, exercise? Have you contacted atomic as I am sure she will have good advice?

Can I contact atomic if not on a plan?

I've been on the diet and supps since Jan and ttc 3 months

Atomic will probably answer you in here when she sees it. I am anticipating she will ask for more detail in your diet, how many cals, fat, protein you have been doing, what supps you have been doing.

If you prefer to send her a PM I am sure she will answer you.

Not sure whether you can consider acupuncture (and are ok with it swaying blue) but it certainly helped me to O. Atomic also advised me to make the effort to eat 4 eggs a week, full fat dairy every day and zinc supps 3 times a week once I was on the diet for 6 months. This was because I had a short LP but was also to help with O. Her advice may be different for you, depending on what you have been eating and the supps you have been taking.

I wouldn't mess around with vitex to encourage O...vitex can delay (and in your case further delay) O. Are you temping or doing OPKs? Is your BMI on the normal side?

You CANNOT start taking vitex at that part of your cycle unless you are breastfeeding. If O is delayed, it will only be delayed MORE by starting vitex at the wrong part of your cycle. Stop vitex right away.

You need to see your doctor, find out where you are in yoru cycle, and hopefully get some Provera or other similar medication to kickstart a bleed.

Yes of course!! I help everyone regardless of their ability to pay. THe people who are able to pay allow me to do this as a job rather than returning to work. But I help everyone I can.

Yes, Steph is right, I need more info about your diet and what supps you are taking and how you're taking them.

I would see a doc. A few years ago I had a cycle that was 325 days long. I had seen a doctor and had blood work and everything done and ultrasounds. They found nothing but said they could give me stuff to help bring my cycle on if I wanted it. I declined since I wasn't ttc but the point of my story is they generally know how to help! Don't wait too long. Good luck!!
