TTC a girl with low iron/anemia

Ok so I need some help. I have been missing from here for a while because in February I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks. I had to have an emergency D&C after losing a lot of blood. I was very close to needing a transfusion but they didn't give me one. Ever since I have been struggling to keep the low iron symptoms at bay. I am told I need to eat meat at every meal and not to skip meals, etc. do you have any advice? Can I still TTC a girl? Thanks!!
Proud mama to 6 beautiful boys and finally 1 little girl! Praying for just one more girl 💝

Yes, you can still TTC a girl. I would have you get some well-absorbed iron supps such as Feosol/Bifera (the more expensive kind that come in lower dose 18-30-60 mg range, NOT the ones that come in hundreds of mg because those are not well absorbed and are also very hard on the stomach) and take them every day for 2-4 weeks along with a glass of orange juice and do NOT drink coffee or tea at the same time. After that (you should be feeling quite a lot better) switch to 3x a week. It will be better than meat which is not always enough to get people over anemia anyway.

If you need to eat breakfast, then EAT. It's just one little thing that may help a bit. No magic bullet.
