This has been playing on my mind recently. I know when I conceived my boys (except for DS2. He was a surprise) I drank a lot of water - like a couple of litres a day. I thought that drinking water helped your fertility and would help me get pregnant quickly. So just wondering if this sways at all..... So what did all you boy and girl mums drink? And do you think you were well hydrated around the time you conceived?

I am not a big believer in drinking X amount of water, never have been, and have 4 boys. Makes no sense to me that humans are supposed to drink a butt-ton of water every day because in nature it's hard to find and we'd have had to be able to go for at least a while without sucking on a water bottle every 2 minutes.

Now that you mention it...I was drinking PILES of water when I conceived my DD. I was dieting though, you know, trying to flush the bad stuff out, lol. Maybe unrelated, but there is a water essay somewhere around here, more about which waters to drink for swaying, let me see if I can find it...

I'm a notoriously bad drinker.I never drink anything until I'm extremely thirsty and many times I won't drink until 7pm.I have seven boys.

MMmmm OK lol. So not big water drinkers for boys. I thought maybe drinking extra water helped make extra CM and would flush toxins and waste products from the body swaying blue. I guess maybe in theory but not real life.

I'd say I drink a lot of water. I have a 24oz water bottle that I refill at least twice a day. I only ever drank water and green/white tea. I have 2 boys!
For my girl sway I'm drinking very little water.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
