Can i buy the generic form of zyrtec?

I believe so...I take the Equate allergy relief that is comparable to Zyrtec...I do think it should only have Cetirizine in it, but hopefully someone else can chime in on this

Make sure it's only cetirizine. Loratidine (Claritin) and flexofenadine (Allegra) don't work anywhere near as well to dry up cm.
The equate allergy relief from walmart comes in several formulations, make sure you have the cetirizine:
Diphenhydramine--benadryl (Dries up cm but makes you tired)
Cetirizine--Zyrtec (best choice)
Loratidine--Claritin (doesn't work well for cm)
Flexofenadine--Allegra (doesn't work well for cm)2010

Thanks for clearing that up
My equate has only cetirizine---I wasn't aware of any other types. (I guess, thanks to everyone's help, I knew what to look for ) Glad a more experienced gal chimed in!
