    Fibre that necessary

    Pretty sure I seen fibre is having great results.
    Last month when TTC I had for at every meal. However I'm not in the middle of a big flare up ( IBD). It could be for a number of reasons, stress for one, I could have eaten something that didn't go down well. Since I haven't had a flare up in a long time I failed to see my symptoms popping up.
    Anyways I'm not sure if I'll be taking it for next months try.
    We will be dropping things like rephresh and wipes next time as well so a bit worried tbh.

    I never remember to take it and it doesn't stress me out. I don't know any girl moms that take it Irl

    If you can't use it, you can't use it. I do think it's one of the tactics that's shown itself to actually be DOING something unlike RepHresh, but you can't mess around with your health.

    fiber is one of those things we are using not because girl moms take it, but because it helps absorb nutrients from our foods. Some girl moms are lighter eaters to begin with (and have been for many years) and so they kind of have a "head start" in the lower nutrient department. The fiber is meant to help play "catch up" and get rid of some nutrients for us
