So here in Greece an often breakfast choice is tahini (paste made of sesame seeds) with honey, usually spread on toast.
From what I know it compines protein with carb, has omega3 and omega6, copper, zink, calcium and is generally considered a very healthy food cause it seems to lower also cholesterol.
For me eating breakfast is very hard cause I usually don't have a lot of time in the mornings and this is a very fast option, so I want to ask if it is enough or should I also have additional protein (it contains roughly 20% protein).

yes! I like you gals to get about 90 g protein a day, so if you get about 30 g at lunch and dinner, you can aim for 15-20 at breakfast and make up the rest at snacks
