Saw paminto and vitex

We are planning to ttc pink next month. I am confused on what sups to use. I am taking fiber and folic acid. I would like to add vitex or saw pamemto but am unsure about dosing. I am 35, doing the le diet and cardio x6/week. I am going to take one more month of my bcp before attempting next month. I worry I have high testosterone levels naturally...

For my dh I wanted to add licorice root and cranberry. He is 30, what dosing should he be on?

Don't take v or sp until you have had one period off the BCP. at CD 1 of the first AF after you are off BCP (you can try to catch the first egg off BCP, may be good pink sway) then start 800 mg vitex 320 mg SP daily till CD 12 or pos OPK whichever comes first

dose on lr is 450 mg 3x a day from your CD 1-CD 14

cranberry is up to you and depends on the way the type of cran you buy is formulated. no more than 10,000 mg and I would give him much less than that.

Thank you so much! In my head we will catch the egg first month off bcp, I did with my two boys. But I'm older now and haven't even processed the thought of not getting pregnant with the first try....
