I have been told on other sites that appears to be part of the leg? I am not sure. I wondered if there is anyway it could be swollen girl parts as it isn't really angled?

It was very odd as my husband and I saw full "potty like" shots where they measure the femur and both legs and bottom were exposed and there was absolutely no protrusion anywhere...nothing at all. Is that possible for it to be hiding in a shot where the bum and both legs are exposed from underneath? Where would the penis have gone?
