I'm not taking any supplements since I dropped calcium & magnesium a few months ago.
I've also just stopped peppermint tea and DH has stopped liquorice root because we've had 5 BFN 's.
Should I try Vitex, I keep reading that gets good results, or anything else?
My cycle are very regular and OPKs suggest I ovulate around day 14 of a 28 day cycle. I do think want to mess that up by taking anything that might make me less regular.
I don't want to take anything that might reduce chance of conceiving, and I'm 38.
Would I benefit from Vitex or another supplement, and if so, any particular type/brand, and do they work quickly or would I need to take for some time before?

I wouldn't start vitex after 5 BFN (unless you has super long cycles) and I no longer ever recommend vitex for moms in late 30's and up because it's really seemed to cut odds of conception in that age group.
You do need to be taking folic acid or folate though?!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

OK, thanks!
So my sway is LE diet, weight loss, skipping breakfast, and BD every 4 days and at positive OPK.
Oh yes, I am taking folic acid.
Should I add anything else, or will what I'm doing be enough to give us a good shot at pink?

I know it feels counterintuitive but the simplest sways are getting the best results, but yes.
The other thing to consider is exercise, has gotten great results but not something I'd prob. start for you at this point.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thankyou.
I'm comfortable with "less is more" so happy to stick with that.
I've never been much of an exerciser and don't have much spare time so will stick with Couch Potato!
Thanks again!
