    Taking Vitex?

I'm noticing a few ladies are having successful sways after taking vitex & then dropping it? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Who is vitex beneficial to? My cycles are a bit jumbled like this: 29, 30, 33, 28, 34 etc. Would it benefit me or is it for people who are more irregular? I'm hoping to TTC April 2015, but gathering all the info beforehand & buying a sway in January.

    Thanks

Your cycles are perfectly normal and there is nothing wrong about having them be a few days' different length every month.

Yes, a few gals (inc. me) had successful sways after having been on vitex for MANY months (not just one or two) and then dropping it. But we do not know if it had anything to do with the vitex, or if it was more because they had been TTC and on diet for a long time (most of these gals had been swaying for 4-8 months and that's why they were dropping stuff).

I do think that biologically, on paper, vitex "should" sway pink (even though that is not well-reflected in our stats) but never forget that we really don't know WHY swaying works. The risk of vitex is that it will really muck up your cycles for some people.

Okay thanks Atomic! I wasn't sure if vitex would benefit me or not, but I guess it's not worth making my cycles even more muddled. Thank you!

Those are NOT muddled cycles - not to go on and on but just want to be clear, it is normal to have slight variations in cycle lengths and those are all within normal range. Nothing wrong with that at all Just don't want you to worry about something that doens't require worry.
