    Weaker sways?

Who is doing a weaker sway to keep their sanity?? Lol
I am thinking about changing sway up a little bit as my body doesn't seem to be too happy witha full le diet sway!

I am still going to stick to low calories, around 1300, will still stick to protein and fat limits but not watch sodium as it's making me crazy lol and thinking I will have a small breakfast some days as I think I need it but no snacking.
Any opinions? When I conceived my son I was eating probably double the calories, lots of meat, snacks, eggs, avocado and had been on vitamins for 18 months beforehand so this is still a change from then just worried it's not enough.
I have dropped 5kgsand cannot afford to drop anymore weight either.

I wouldn't worry about the sodium, to be honest. Looks to be a good plan so far. Good luck!

I am no expert but from reading others comments I think you have to decide how much you want a girl over how much you want a baby. If you are wanting to get pregnant quicker and would be content with a boy possibly then a weaker sway is def way to go.
As for the diet, I reckon 1300 calories is too low especially if you can't afford to lose more weight. Atomic will prob say to up calories to between 1800 and 2000 (though I am not sure I am right on this!) As I say I am no expert AT ALL but just thought would give my thoughts!
The no breakfast and no snacking is a big part of swaying as well as the limits. Are you exercising? It seems to be biggy too!
Not sure if I am right in all I have said but I am sure others who are better equipped in the knowledge department in all this will pipe in lol.

Oh and Im sure sodium doesn't need to be counted anyway as doesn't sway. I haven't counted it in mine!

Thanks girls, the reason my cals are on the low side is I weigh 53kg so not a big person to start with, I'm def not hungry on this amount either.
I'm not hugely hung up on getting a girl, the way I see it is nothing is guaranteed but I'd kind of like to up my odds a bit
I'm not exercising even though I'd love to, purely because I can't lose anymore weight without losing my ovulation

I did. I got my daughter without limiting sodium at all.

If you can't drop any more weight, 1300 calories is not enough. I rarely recommend that few calories for ANYONE, let alone those who have no weight to spare.

1500-1800 calories is where I want most people at. a minority goes up to 180-2000, a minority drop down to 1200-1500.

Up cals, forget about sodium, but keep protein and especially fat low and your sway is by no means weak!

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
