So it is the holiday season and that comes with all kinds of yummy food. I haven't done great on my diet the last week, cookies here and there and some treats but nothing too crazy. (Well more cookies that I should have eaten)So my question is, Christmas dinner is Lasagna and Grass fed beef meatballs. How bad is that meal..LOL. I haven't eaten red meat in months and I am fine if I don't. I should be ovulating a few days after Christmas. Should I just not worry about it?

I don't think the cookies are bad as long as you try to have them with your meals and they are within your limits. I'm not sure about the meatballs... I'm going to do my best to avoid all meat. My attempt is today though (Christmas eve) so I want to do my best over the next few days. I'm sure my downfall will be sweets. Good luck xx

Honey, I would really avoid meat. Just stay as strict as you can so you dont feel sorry after that. Just get pregnant first and then eat whatever your baby wish :-) Cookies are not bad as long as you have them immediatelly after your meals and not as a snack (and not all day long and not in exces). Remember the fat/sugar needs to stay in their limit.
I have a vegetarian meniu just for myself for these holidays. I will allow myself some tomato sauce at vegetables and some cake on christmas and new year.
For example, I do have humus, fried cauliflower/zuchinni, vegetables with tomato homemade sauce and risotto with mushrooms. I do stay in my kcal limit.
Good luck!My family puzzle is complete now 💕

Atomic told me not to stress too much but to enjoy the holiday season and stick to limits as much at can. Being to obsessive about it all sways blue and many people getting girls have a more relaxed attitude to it all, so my advice is stick close to limits but enjoy the festive season x

Cheating on Christmas is MANDATORY! A meatball or two will not hurt anything.

Ok. 24 December is ended here.
Had some vegetable pizza(2 slices), humus - 1 slice and turkey pide with chese and egg (1 small slice).
My second meal was eggplant salad, boeuf salad - I replaced meat with mushrooms, caulfilower and deserved milk chocolate cookies + homemade raffaelo balls after meal.
Yeeey!
Tomorrow I give up pizza/ turkey pide and keep the rest)
Any other ideas for meals? My family puzzle is complete now 💕
Thank you Atomic! 😍
