    Iron supplement

I've recently been diagnosed borderline iron deficiency which my dr will not supplement but I've recently started taking feraglobin, just wondered if these ingredients swayed blue as I noticed there was zinc in it? Do not want to hinder my girl sway! 💗

That's basically a multivitamin, j would definitely NOT take it while swaying pink. I would take just plain iron (in amino acid form), at a low dose, and nothing else.

OR just eat a small serving of red meat 1-2 times a month, which is what I do to stave off the anemia I'm prone to.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner

Thanks for bump, I'd try to find one that is just iron if possible. Take for 2-4 weeks straight (sorry don't know how low you were) then switch to very 3 days.
