Pregnant now scared

So I took a test and got a bfp, I am pretty quite scared now, I wasn't expecting to be be pregnant. I wanted to continue my diet for a bit longer.
What I been doing for the past 3 months was cutting out red meat, I lived off of crystal light that is all I drank, I would even add equal to my crystal light and to my morning coffee. This cycle I only used a bit of rephresh about a dime size every two days. I DTD about 2.5 days before ovulation and around 11 am.
I'm kinda freaking out. This is baby number 4 and my last. I'm just looking at my DD who is 5 and hoping she is getting the sister she wants

Hi princess mom, congratulations and hope you have a happy nine months!

I felt the same when I saw my BFP. There is no point going back over all your efforts as it's happened now. It's difficult to not think about the should haves but it's best to just look forward. I'm now nearly 6 weeks pregnant and until I hear the gender I will always be wondering if my sway was good enough.

Sounds like you gave a good sway and hope you hear your dg results
