DH has high blood pressure. To the point he's on 3 different meds for it. So he REALLY can't do the licorice root. I was considering adding saw palmetto for him, especially after Googling it and seeing it could decrease testosterone/increase estrogen, but then here I'm seeing the opposite.
With LR being completely out & SP not recommended what are some other options for him to take to help lower testosterone & sway girl? He's not keen on the reducing testosterone by reducing # of orgasms... He, uh, self serves probably 2 days out of 3. Maybe more.

He could do peppermint tea instead. 3 cups per day, allow to steep for 5-10 minutes before drinking it. Much better than SP which can be blue-friendly for DH.
WE don't even KNOW that testosterone for DH does anything at all. It's just an idea without a ton of valid data backing it up. The high blood pressure and meds for that do also seem to sway pink so you may just want to go with that.
I would also consider giving him OLE.!!! Questions??

Looked on supps for dh but didn't see ole but coming across seeing it mentioned several times. Gonna keep searching for the how to and whys of it.
