Another gelatin question!

I've tried gelatin in juice and I know I won't be able to commit to doing that daily, let alone x3 a day. Makes me gag just thinking about it, yuck.

So, I'm looking into getting the capsules but, I'm confused. Are we supposed to take empty gelatin capsules (the ones that are used to fill with medications) or these ones...

The ones I take are like in the link you posted but I think mine have more milligrams. Not sure on that, but you might shop around a bit.

Drinking gelatin in juice is the nastiest thing I've ever done. Seriously. It's my own personal hell. I actually cried the first time I tried to do it and DH made me stop. It was bad that it ruined that particular juice for me for a while.

I drink it in pineapple juice the more juice the least nasty....
but I also ordered gelatin capsules , this is what I got and others used this too and got a boy!

Daisy, I know what you mean. I managed to get most of it down but ended up gagging at the end and gave up. I drank it in V8 juice and I won't be doing that again. I love V8 juice and don't want the damn gelatin to ruin it for me.

Flava, thanks for that. So the ones I am looking at are 600mg and yours are 648mg.. not that big a difference really. Do you take x3 a day?

Yes, you want the ones that are actually FILLED with gelatin. You do get less for your money than you would otherwise but hey, whatever helps!!!

I just ordered it don't have it yet but for sure I will take it 3 times/day.
