Anyone else trying it? I put in all the numbers for the ranges & everything, and it seems like over half of the meal plans it give me include nuts. I know I can change them out, but I was hoping to get some good ideas from there...

bumping
small amounts of nuts are ok a few times a week provided you stick in limits for the day.
There are no magic or forbidden foods on LE Diet - in the Dream Members section I have a list of common foods graded A-D and for pink, there are no "F" foods! IT's the limits that matter, not the foods as much.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
