change of plans - need advice

So my plan was to use rephresh 12 hours before DTD (after at least 7 days abstaining) along with an antihistamine, BUT I ordered the rephresh online ages ago and it seems unlikely that it's going to arrive in time. I'd rather not wait until next month to TTC (I'm willing to take my chances), but I'm not sure how I should adjust my plan.

I'm breastfeeding, so although my cycles have been pretty normal, I don't trust them 100%. I typically O on day 17 or 18 and get a positive OPK one day before, so we will likely be making our attempt on day 16 or 17. Today is CD 12.

Here are the supplies I have on hand: Replens (I've never tried it, I just bought it when I realized that the rephresh wasn't going to make it), spermicidal foam, and antihistamines. I'm worried that using all of these things will be overkill, but I can't decide what to leave out or how to time it.

I'd really appreciate any input. Thanks.

Ugh I'm sorry, how frustrating is that?!?

No matter what I would use the antihistamine, even if you don't do anything else.

For a cutoff, you could use the Replens 12 hours before BD and then a fingertip about an hour after and then another fingertip every morning through O.

For BD on O (if you change your mind) then just do the Replens in the morning and then BD at night.

With abstinence, it's prob. not the best idea to use the foam but if you did decide to toss it into the mix, use a SMALL amount (like a dime) well away from your cervix, just around the entrance to the vj. Then be sure to wait 1-3 hours before BD.

    Good luck!!!

Thanks, that helps. I don't want to cancel our attempt because I'm losing weight faster than I thought possible and I know I can't go on like this indefinitely.

I bought Rephresh at Walmart and Target. I don't know where you live, but hope that helps.
