What is the minimum calories recommended while breastfeeding a toddler? (2.5, feeding 4 x per day plus nights). 5'8, 167, would love to lose 30 Lbs. I've been doing 1200 daily but all I think about is food!

NO!!!!!
I want practically ALL swayers on minimum 1500-1800. Anyone breastfeeding should increase this to 1800-2000 (although you do have leeway with this because you're nursing an older toddler, at the same time you're on the tall side so I'd up to 1800ish and see how it goes.
The % of people who should be that low in cals is MINISCULE. Practically nobody.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
