9am here so will bd again tonight just in case.

Have pcos but the clomid seemed to have done something. Was very concerned at only getting 1 16mm egg. Last cycle with trigger it was 16mm same day as trigger and ovulated next day as I had already started surging.

This time lh was 9 when i took trigger and it looks like follicle was able to grow to at least 20mm.

Had temp drop yesterday and a rise today. DH and I have been swamped at work so bding attempts not ideal. Used preseed but DH just can't do 2 x in one day

They look great! You got three in the fertile window and that's exactly what is recommended.

I tried to keep my diet as boy friendly as possible. Only Only 1 coffee a day, lots of water, coconut water, almonds etc. Miso for 3pm snack etc.

Had 4dpo blood test today to confirm ovulation.

Progesterone is 68 Follow up at 8dpo to see how it is going. Should be 7dpo but that is a Friday & our busiest work day.

Blood test today (8dpo) came back with 67 for progesterone and 883 for oestrogen.

FRER now neg so just waiting to see how Monday blood test goes.
