Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I did the crash and burn empty carb LE with more of a focus on low protein than low fat, and tried to mainly stay at or below 1200 calories (doing couch potato our successful cycle).

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Since late Jan 2015, but I breastfed for 4-6 months in late 2014 without taking a prenatal or eating much fortified cereal to deplete my body's reserves, just the opposite of what I did with DS.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

I added caffeine back into my diet, I was still in the habit of decaf from bf-ing, with 16oz black coffee spread out over the morning. I normally don't drink alcohol much at all, but started drinking 1-2 drinks a week up until 7dpo this cycle. I also added in 16oz Crystal Light a day, but stopped around O since I ran out.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I got horribly sick right after O, so although I didn't start back snacking I stopped tracking my intake at that point.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

140lbs

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I did hard cardio my first cycle, but felt miserable and started to have prolonged muscle pain like I was having greater/faster than expected muscle breakdown, so I went couch potato for the next (successful) cycle. I lost about 5lbs. on the LE diet.

I used Sylk since we needed a lube of some kind, but then had the big O after DH was finished to counteract the lower pH a bit.

We didn't mean to abstain with DH's age, but he was sick leading up to O and had no energy for more than one round of BD, otherwise we would have at least done CFR.

Did you do anything with Ions?

Not intentionally, but the only way I can get enought water is to add hot water to my coffee as I drink it down, so I was drinking hot fluids constantly all day long.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

That I was so sick right afterward. I figure it must have been building for a few days, so I was probably under the weather a O and didn't realize it yet.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

That I went couch potato, even though 45-60min daily of hard cardio on low protein LE felt like I was doing damage.

Things worth mentioning:

I only tested my opk once, on cd13 in the afternoon, and we made our attempt in the AM on cd14. So I'm calling it at pos opk, but you could argue O or maybe ever o+12.

I actually did buy a personalized plan, but it was for while I was still bf-ing, so atomic's recommendations were fairly different from what I ended up doing and I let the personal coaching lapse, so I figure especially if this turns out to be an opposite it shouldn't count against the success rates for the personalized plans.

Sunbuny, I intend to, but my OB is a bit of an old fogie about certain things, so I may have to wait for the anatomy scan at 20wks rather than the Verifi results at 10wks.
