    Is it possible to determine gender with PGS

    I am starting my IVF cycle this month, and have been talking to the doc and the genetic counselor about gender selection. They want to do PGS on my eggs because I am AMA and they are saying that the lab will be able to determine gender with PGS. Everything I have read here is about PGD, which would add an additional $5,000 onto my procedure.
    Does anyone know if it is possible for the lab to determine the gender with PGS alone (no PGD)?
