Hi Ladies,
I am getting a plan etc, but in the meantime I am wanting to know - with the skipping breakfast thing... is it still ok to have a cup of tea in the morning? (peppermint)
Thanks in advance![]()

I think a cup of peppermint tea would be just fine. As long as you're not breastfeeding that is. There's virtually no cals in the tea so I should imagine it'd be fine, unless someone knows otherwise

Thanks Dreamofpink - I have been sitting here staring at the cupboard waiting! Lol....
I am trying to tell myself that I will start the diet etc once my plan is ready, but I know I should start little things that I know already, like skipping breakfast, no snacking. (but I am sooooooo hungry!! haha!)

Take baby steps, try eating vegetarian today & not snacking. Ease yourself into it & push back brekkie by a bit rather than trying to go at it full on. It's not easy at first but you get used to it & it gets so much easier. After a few weeks to a month it'll feel like second-nature

I wonder if it helps that I have dinner at 5pm, so we have finished eating by 6pm then it would be at least 14hrs before b/fast.. and I could prob push through til 10am, so that would make a fasting break of 16hrs. I will remember to ask Atomic when my plan comes through
