Can I post opk and ask when to sway?

Hey everyone new to this! So should I be DTD up UNTIL it starts to get darker or should I be DTD up Until it's a positive?

One attempt at +OPK has good results. If you haven't already, DTD. Hoping you haven't missed the boat (I would have attempted at CD16)...

Are you doing O+12? It cuts your odds of conception tremendously, and Shettles has been debunked.

Timing doesn't sway, so your best option for a girl is to not DTD at all until you get a true positive OPK, then just DTD once. Also, I would really recommend you switch immediately to a better brand of OPKs, as that brand is by far the worst I've ever used. If you're in the US, Wondfo brand from amazon.com (make sure to get ones sold via Formosa Medical, as many fakes are being sold lately). If you're outside the US, ClearBlue digitals with the smiley face (NOT the Advanced digital or monitor) are the easiest to find decent option.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

One attempt at first positive OPK is our method, but that is not in line with Shettles.

For Shettles, you don't go off of OPK but instead have that one attempt 2-3 days before you expect ovulation.

WHATEVER you do, stick with the one attempt as long as possible.

Welcome, I hope you stick aroudn for a while because Shettles is kind of a cruddy method, doesn't really work for people.
