Is 5/6 weeks of diet change enough?

Hello, i've finally decided to start my boy sway. I am hoping to be ready to conceive first week of August. We are renting a cottage that week and it is also my ovulation week according to my calendar.

If I start everything today - supplements and diet, will it be enough time in my system before we try? Ill be using preseed for all attempts.

    Thanks for any input!

For blue swayers, yes it is. We have had good results with blue sways with only 5 weeks on diet.

Pink swayers who are now reading this and are confused, the rules are different between pink and blue sways. Pink swayers have gotten by far better results after 12 weeks on diet.

Thanks for the quick answers! I'm glad 5 weeks will be ok.

True blue - my supplements: omega 3 fish oil, vit. D, probiotics, a prenatal and maybe starting coq10?? Should I take extra folic acid besides whats in the prenatal?

Also I havent been exercising but where I work I do a bit of lifting and lots of walking. I also cart around my 2 year old and live in an apartment so I do a lot of stair climbing. Hope thats enough.
