FertileCm messed up my cycle!!!..anyone else?!!

hi ladies,

what's bothering me is that i think I could have messed up my cycle unknowingly......
The thing is, I have had very normal periods ( 29 days) for he last few years. I do take supplements(prenatal and fertiblend-which helped me conceive DD) I would eat about 2000 cal and basically in a normal mood.

This cycle I was very depressed because of a family issue, I also went on a very low cal diet of 500-800 cal a day to lose weight....and the big change was I started taking fertileCm to improve my Cm to sway blue.

I am now on CD 38, have had sporadic light browish spotting, It doesn't get heavier and this has NEVER happened to me before in my life .
I am pretty sure I didn't ovulate and at this point would be happy just to see red blood so I can at least know I have a cycle.

I even got bloodwork to see if I was pregnant and it was negative .

This is just a completely messed up cycle and a wasted month of an otherwise good sway attempt!!
Could the fertileCm have made me not ovulate or late....should I stop?!

YES that has happened to so many people and I personally think that Fertile CM should be taken off the market or at least come with a warning label on it.

But, dropping your calories like that can also stop or delay ovulation and you should NEVER go that low when TTC, plus it will really undermine your blue sway.

If you still want to try this month (which I really, really do not suggest that you do if you're eating that few calories) then you'd have attempts every 2-4 days. If you don't want to try this month, do not have unprotected sex again.
