What is too much coffee for boy sway?

Currently I drink a 16 oz half caf in the morning and a 16 oz organic decaf (heard it was better because there are no chemicals in the decaffeination process)

Is this too much?

I'm also drinking a ton of lemon water, a serving of coconut water, V8, a cup or two of decaf green tea, and an occasional coke

I do not know the answer to that and it's probably different for everyone anyway.

I think that if it's less than you were drinking before, that's all you can hope for!
