feeking of bladder infection and bloating

So ive been on the LR diet for a couple weeks now. This week i keep getting the burning feeling like i am getting a bladder infection and my lower abdominals/stomach feels bloated. Really the only major thing i have changed so far is my diet-i use to be high protein/high nutrients. I need to add in more yogurt but does anyone have any other tips? I wondered about cranberry supp also.

I haven't really had that reported to me, it may just be that your body is adjusting to the higher carbs.

I don't recommend cranberry supps unless you actually have a bladder infection. I don't use them for swaying unless people insist. If you do want to try taking them, just use the lowest dose for 3 days and see if it helps.

Thanks!! I havent had the bladder infection feeling for a couple of days and i do feel like my body has gotten use to the diet so hopefully i will not actually get an infection.

I got my mirena out yesterday so excited to see how this pans out! Trying to hold off until i get a couple more weeks on the diet.
