I seem to more on the acid side and I've been trying to raise it. I tested my cm and it was about a 6. Were going to start dtd tomorrow since I should O in the next 2-3 days. Is there anyway to raise it quickly, I use pre-seed and have been trying to drink more lemon water.
TIA

Your pH is supposed to be low when you aren't ovulating.
pH of 6 when you aren't ovulating is GREAT. It's not bad at all.
Your pH will go up over the next 2-3 days. I would have you drink some grapefruit juice in addition to the lemon water and if you can use Robitussin (guanefesin) to make more EWCM. EWCM will raise your pH.
DO NOT do baking soda or egg whites.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

that's good to know, so your ph should rise as you get closer to ovulation. How much grapefruit juice would you recommend? Just wondering why you don't suggest using baking soda, I can understand the egg whites. How soon should should you notice a difference from the robitussin, I plan on going out today to get some.
Thanks

Because baking soda doesn't work, dramatically lowers odds of conception, and can cause pretty nasty VJ infections.
1-2 glasses a day.
Most people notice right away with the Robi and grapefruit juice.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
