So I had a scan yesterday at cd8 and the dr saw no follies (possibly one but very small) I have a scan again on Wednesday so 5 days time. Chances of there being follies or will this cycle be a bust? Anyone had any experience? Any recommendations on foods to improve follie growth?

I done the trigger shot every time on cd 12 except once when I took it around cd16 because my follies where a bit behind. I'm hoping the same might happen this time but that might be a big ask!

you can get EWCM for many days, even over a week before you ovulate.
I have had it as early as CD 3 for CD 14 ovulation.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

It should mean your estrogen level is rising. CM increases with estrogen levels.
