Post Need to change up my plan!

I posted on my thread regarding dtd timing but I have some other questions/ ideas I want to throw out .
Cycle 3 of ttc . Really 2 really good attempt cycles - on my have been too early and the last was really day 2 of positive opk( which turned negative that night) and may have been to late . The one attempt is also putting way too much pressure on both of us . He actually said he doesn't even want to know I'm ovulating bc he feels pressure that he never does ... And Ive been tracking since April in prep for june and am sick of digital opks and all the rules . I also don't think I can continue to bank my whole cycle on 1 attempt... At this point I'm more trying to conceive than trying to sway girl now that we are a couple months in and frustrated .
So do I just switch to every 4 days? Do I bd thru o ? Every 4 days with an extra shot at o? I also think I am ovulated at the later window after the peak on the digital opk based on when I get ewcm( about 2 days after the solid smiley) . The method we are currently using is making me too obsessive about my attempt and I know that won't work ! Need some advice / opinions !

I would switch to just e4d for a month or two before adding any attempt. Ditch the opks and relax about it. 3-6 months of TTC is completely normal for healthy couples who aren't swaying, so 3 months while swaying girl isn't that bad at all.

One more thing . I was using boy exercise frequently by running a couple days a week . In beginning of July I switched to pure couch potato . I have to tel u I miss the cardio should I just start again ( assuming I am 2 weeks from o) and try to get in 60 minutes a day ?

YOu can't tell when you have ovulated based on when tests go negative nor when you get EWCM.

If one attempt isn't working for you, go to every 4 days and stick with that for at least 2-3 months before adding another attempt. If you do that, DROP the OPK. If they're stressing you out this much it is best to do every 4 days without them.

I really, really, really hate to see you guys chalk not getting pregnant up to one attempt. I PROMISE you it is totally possible to get pregnant with one attempt or every 4 days. You just have to be patient. 2 months is NOTHING. It takes fully fertile couples doing everything to get pregnant (and not swaying at all) an average of 3-6 months to get pregnant and it very well may have been the case that you would not have conceived in those months anyway even with a bazilion attempts. Sometimes it just doesn't happen for a variety of reasons and you just can't jump to "one attempt isn't working" from 2 months of attempts.

If you're missing the cardio then yes please add it back in and try to get up to 4x a week 60 min a day if possible.

Sounds good ! One more question if I wanted to add baby aspirin more bc I have read it helps implantation rather than for the sway factor do I take 2-3 times a week and stop at o or when you get a bfp?

If we really needed to "take something to help implantation" the whole human race would have died out long ago. It really is not necessary to do it and it may cause side effects. But if you're really sold on it start with 2 days per week and see how it goes. If no bleeding, bruising, weird AF then you can up to 3 but I would not use any more than that.

At BFP, gradually wean off. Do not stop cold turkey.

Update Update - thyroid / girls way

Update - bfn month 3 followed by Af - however - also had my 3 month thyroid lab checkups and dr felt the antibodies are insignificant as I lost weight, stomach feels better, and my t-3/t-4 is good and tsh is 1.54. Didn't test or share my antibodies with me .... This is all great BUT I noticed over really watching my cycle my lp is getting shorter and shorter - this last cycle I o'd on cd 19!( if i count day after surge) and we were a little lax and instead of an attempt every 4 we also had an extra which was 2 maybe 3 in fertile window - ( one at first positive o very beginning of surge ) . I really thought this was our month . Lp was only 8-9 days this month . Seems I get Af every other month 27-28-27-28. My Luteal was 13 when we started this and we are moving in the wrong direction.
I had my yearly and my dr did a sono bc I told her we were ttc and she said everything looks perfect and fine.she has now agreed to run day 3 labs - even though it's month 4 bc I had such an easy time
First time - could my obsessing over ttc could be making me o later ? Giving me a short Luteal ? What is something I can do that doesn't sway blue too heavily ? I want to sway pink but I still want to get pregnant in general- ? Also Endo did mention I'm still deficient in vitamin d although not terribly - could that be something?

I know it's hard to believe but 3 months is nothing in the world of TTC. If you've always gotten pregnant quickly, 3 months goes by and it's PANIC TIME but really, serioulsy, honestly, it takes fully fertile couples doing nothing to sway, an average of 3-6 months to get pregnant and doctors won't even TREAT fertility until 12 months have passed in most cases. You're really lucky to have a doc who will run labs on you already and I hope you end up with a scrip for Clomid because that is the gold standard treatment for short LP anyway. plus of course sways pink to boot.

8-9 LP is def. shorter than I like to see and my solution is 1 serv. full fat dairy a day, 4-6 eggs a week, and 1 serv. salmon or red meat a week.

Go out and find 400 IU Vit. D and take 2x a week.

Obsessing doesn't help, that's for sure. I think you are a prime candidate for e4d, get rid of the OPK and just stick with that for now.
