    Low carbed and lost weight

Ok so I low carbed for a few months and lost about 30lb. I've not eaten much fruit apart from berries and only also very low carb veggies. It was never meant to be long term but I really don't want to start or rice, pasta etc.

Not TTC till December/Jan. Can I stay relatively low carb and it not affect my sway? When I should I start doing 'HE' diet bearing in mind I've lost a lot of weight and very low carbed?! Thanks

Yes you can stay relatively low carb on HE BUT please keep in mind that protein + carbs at every meal and snack = boys.

What I would have you do is get your carbs from things like fresh fruit and vegetables and skip out on grains and potatoes. No fruit juice, veg juice is ok

6 weeks before planned TTC for starting diet.
