Dreaming of blue <3

Hi everyone,

I have been dreaming of a baby boy for ages..and I mean since I was young I wanted a baby boy.
This forum is great, so much information is provided regarding gender, theories, swaying etc.

I must admit it's a bit confusing..I really want to start next year, but don't know where to start exactly? Which diet should be followed to sway for a boy, who has followed which ones and what are the success rates?

I am interested in a personal plan, if possible

Btw, we live in the beautiful Malta, a tiny Island near Sicily.

Hi and welcome!! I know how you feel - I've always wanted a boy as well, so hoping that's what I've got cooking.

There's do much great information on here and great, helpful people. You'll want to follow the HE diet (high everything). I know someone with more experience can give you better info, but good luck - I hope you see blue! ��

I have had a successful boy sway following HE diet with multivitamins& fish oil, multiple attempts during fertile window and used preseed. And lifted weights 3times per week. I also had a personal plan.

Read as much as you can on here and start making small changes to your diet and exercise before you officially start the HE.

Thank you for your comments, appreciate it : ). @TaytumJ, yeah both boys and girls are lovely, but I have been literally dreaming of baby boys, everywhere I go I see them and they make me so happy!!

I will start next year with the diet, doing some searches at the moment and want to hear more stories of Mamma's whose swaying has worked.

I am eating more meat, high calorie food and little more salt. I have my breakfast every morning, but guess there is more to change.

Welcome! As mentioned by the girls you'll do the HE diet to conceive a boy. Have you signed up for your personalised plan yet? It's under the 'Membership and Plans' section above and will either want the 'Personalized Gender Swaying Plan and Coaching Service' or the TTC boy bundle. They really do take the guess work out of the sway and Atomic (who prepares the plan for you) will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I have been through the offers and struggle between the personalized one or just the boy bundle. Which one has (statistically) more effect or which one do you guys recommend?

WE talked about this a little already but the boy bundle COMES with a personalized plan. IF you get the "personalized plan bundle" you will get a diet book, the OPK book, and also a personalized plan. We also have a bundle that is just a general plan not personalized to you, if you want it right away and don't want me to personalize it, but the personalized ones are better.
