Right, so hubby has said he's considering another baby (for my sake) but it will only be from about 6months time minimum. I've started le diet, skipping breakfast, drinking alcohol, folic acid and 60mins cardio 6 times a week already with a view to try to convince him from December time ish to ttc...
So, should I continue as I am?? Or drop the exercise so religiously (just be more relaxed and go back to weights for the time being as I was previously) and the alcohol and keep up with skipping breakfast and the le diet?? I'm also aware that it's not recommended to be on the le diet for long periods of time though but want a good fighting chance of swaying as this will be our last!!!x

I wouldn't go back to the weights, but maybe couch potato, if you can't persuade him to TTC early. That being said it depends on how good you can be to persuade your DH. If he's like mine, all I have to do is put on some lingerie and initiate things and BAM we are on the TTC train, lol!!
I would stay doing all you are doing (exercise maybe stop if your DH is adamant about when to TTC until 6 weeks before he wants to TTC).
FX and GL to you!!

You can be on the LE Diet indefinitely, just be more relaxed and have more cheats. Do upper limits, stay vegetarian most of the time.
I would NOT go back to weights, that's for sure! If you eat more, you can exercise still. This is one of those crystal ball questions that I do not really know what's best. STay away from weights for now!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
