Sad Face How many times can a sway fail?

My first sway was an IG sway. I'm not surprised it failed.
My second sway was 6 weeks of LE and couch potato (at the time if you were thin it was recommended to go "hard-core" for a shorter period of time.) Failed again.
My third sway was technically 13 weeks even though I had been swaying on and off for over a year before that. I did 4 days of cardio every week. I cheated too much so I'm not surprised that I am more than likely expecting my fourth boy (my intuition has yet to be wrong, I just know it's another boy).
Are there any ladies who have swayed FOUR times and failed every time? I plan on doing a 12+ week sway, 7 days a week of cardio, and absolutely NO cheats. The one attempt thing isn't hard and I've done that for two sways now. I don't know what else to do to try to get one last PERFECT sway in? I'm still very early in this pregnancy so it'll be a year before I sway again, but DH says no more after #5. I'm trying to figure out what I'll do now so I have it ready once baby comes (I'll be TTC very soon after baby is born-6mn PP). What am I doing wrong and what can I add to help my last sway? I'm hoping in a years time there will be even more info on this site that will help my sway finally be successful!

Bless you. What makes you so certain its a boy? You very well may have your girl in there. I am expecting boy 4, I do have a dd tho, but I will be swaying again and plan, like you, to go harder next time. Will you find out what you are having now before birth?

I'll be finding out the gender January 6th(I'm only 12 weeks now). So far everything is pointing to this baby being a boy. Old wives tales point to it being boy, intelligender said boy, this pregnancy is like my boys' pregnancies, and I've been dreaming that the baby is a boy. I know it sounds silly, but my dreams have been right with two out of my three boys so I'm 99% sure it's another boy. Planning my next sway is the only reason I'm not feeling disappointed, but after failing three times it feels like a fourth sway is more doomed to fail than succeed.

Hang in there Kitty! I know it's a really trying time waiting to find out. Everything said boy for me too but it's a girl apparently.

Carmella had 2 failed sways and got her girl on number 3. She's the only one I can think of.
    Very blessed with

Bless you, its hard when you want something so bad isn't it. You may get a lovely surprise and get a girl but if you don't at least you have a plan of action and that you can do a harder sway than you have done previously. I'm in exactly the same boat, I know that my sway could have been better, I didn't include exercise, which I will do next time. Like you I would be feeling massively disappointed right now if I didn't plan to sway again. I can only wish you luck and hope that your sway was successful but if not that you get your girl next time. I don't know if it would help you or not but I plan on staying off the forums, Facebook etc next time, I now feel, looking back, that it made me obsessive, I didn't feel like that was the case at the time but now I'm thinking next time I need to just go with the flow and not focus everything on swaying and ttc, I have never used opks etc before and I feel all the planning, researching etc may have been my downfall.

Waiting for daisy has 3 sway opposites and 4 sons total. I have 3 opposites really. My 2nd son I feel like I did a pretty LE diet, my 3rd I did timing (but ate blue friendly) and my 4th was IG opposite. queen-of-harts has 7 boys and some were failed sways. I know a lady (I think her user name was Snow White) with 8 sons, who had several failed sways, gave u on swaying and had a daughter and I know a blue swayer who did the same - 8 girls several failed sways, and then 2 boys doing nothing.

Swaying is one of those things where you can do everything right and then it doesn't go your way, and then do the exact same thing again and get your desired gender. There are a lot of intangible things that we can't see with our naked eyes that may be affecting our chances and things in our body change over time.

I urge you to not try too hard for a perfect sway. I feel that perfect sways are the ones that are failing and I think the personality stuff has to do with that. I can tell you that emotionally I felt very different from when I conceived my boys, when I got my daughter. Going harder is often the wrong thing to do, I know why it feels that you should but the key may lie in acceptance and letting go of control, not clutching harder and trying to control more.

And I know you know this already but I have to point out that none of those things predict gender. Prepare yourself for a boy and then hope that there will maybe be a surprise.

I know it feels that failure is inevitable but the reality is that you have a chance every time at a girl and swaying only increases that. It's not a guarantee, but it does help or we wouldn't get the results we do. Most people with 5 kids do have at least one girl in there somewher, there is no reason it can't happen for you

She's now expecting her first girl in a few months after leaving it up to fare this time & despite eating a blue-friendly diet 😉
I swayed very hard with ds3 (my first sway) and know that it was my undoing. It was on my mind from when I woke to when I went to bed, even making sure that I didn't wear blue knickers or pjs around ov time in case it influenced things [emoji15] This time (I'm 10 weeks) I'd changed my lifestyle & only stuck to no snacking & skipping brekkie. I had cut out dairy 18 months prior for my bf baby so then cut out meat & fish in Feb '15. No cal/fat/pro counting, had started drinking coffee 18 months prior too & drank 1 alcoholic drink a night. I wasn't even tracking ov as I was bf my 20 month old so much & af had only just come back. I thought I'd ov'd the week beford but stress delayed it & I got the pg the week after with one shot after a long abstinence (DH & I were having many arguments over whether to have dc4) & with a jump & dump. We'll see in Jan what my first ever oopsie brings.

I have 2 failed sways, one a rough IG and one my mistaken understanding of GD HE, this time I got a personalized plan but I think this pregnancy will be my third failed sway. I have had 5 attempts in a row at trying to conceive boy (this pregnancy included). I kept saying maybe this time, maybe this time, surely this time.
I give up now but happily !!
    Prayed and swayed Boy . . .
    Blessed with a beautiful Girl
    Thank You God

Oh that's fantastic news thanks for letting me know that!!! I wonder if that may be what it takes for some of us and that is a huge part of the reason why I am pushing more and more for the ******lined, do only what really works approaches.

And I know I said this already but I'm so happy for you!!!
