Hi - don't panic!! My pH was ok but DH's was sky high but we can only do what we can do!!

How about lots of diet coke/pepsi? I also think the Sylk will help alot - if you use it on DH it'll get in all the nooks and crannies and provide a shot of low pH right at the moment that you need it! Are you taking baby aspirin?

It may also be that you've just released a batch of EWCM and you happened to take your pH before the Rephresh had done its thing!

Thanks Z - I'm trying not to freak out! I've come this far, I just don't want to screw it up now! But as you say, all I can do is my best. I was worried the rePhresh maybe didn't last as long as I'd hoped and only lowered my PH for a day or so. So I used it last night (CD11) and will use half a syringe on the morning of CD13 before we DTD that night. And will sylk too, I'm hoping that should be fine. I'll have an extra diet coke each day just for good measure!

Sassy ~ I tested my ph a day or so ago... I don't regularly check it... mine was 6 too! I am not using rephresh or sylk since I am on clomid... but I would if I could. I have added a little bit more diet coke to my daily intake. We are doing the best that we can!! Good luck! I am thinking about you!!

Thanks Atomic! Now I must endure the dreaded 2WW! Should I be staying on the LE diet for most of this time....all of this time?
