the thing sticking up is part of the leg, so I find it very hard to see. We are hoping on a girl but will of course love the child no matter what gendercan anyone see which gender it is based on this photo and how?

It does look very similar to my sons with the nobbly bit at the top turns out my update stopped me been able to draw on photos anyway x

No nub visible. Sorry! But I would guess girl based on skull shape but that's not very reliable. Congrats!
