    Exercise ttc pink

Need some advice please, im looking to add exercise to my sway can i ask what exercises you are all you doing? I know it has to be cardio and last a hour but i havent got time to go gym with a little one and was thinking a exercise dvd or mini exercise bike. I take the dog for a 30 min walk daily if i uped it to a hour that would be ok? Any ideas or advice would be great thank you.

Hiya, there are a few of us using exercise to sway pink. There may be other threads but not sure, I'm not very technical so not sure how to post a link but hopefully you can follow below?

Walking the dog for an hour us fine as long as it's brisk walking WITHOUT stops, and at least 60 minutes.

I'm doing 60 minutes on my exercise bike. I just wait until the kids are in bed, put on Netflix and go. It goes pretty quickly! 60 minutes of walking the dog would qualify for sure.

I did 60 minutes of jogging. Had to build up to that so I jog/walk/jogged at the start. 4-5 days a week is what I did for my sway.

    & due 2016!

Walking is absolutely fine! I actually think that would be great for you since you're walking the dog anyway. I'd hate to see you have to add on another cardio 60 min on top of that!!
