    TTC girl and rephresh

    I'm wondering if I should use rephresh as apart of my sway. I seen it can lower sperm count. But is it actually worth using? How effective is it really?

    The results have been neutral. Doesn't seem to help or hurt, but DOES cut odds of conception. I keep it in the mix for the people who really believe in pH and can't let go of it, because it's a lot safer than douching. But it's been a disappointment to me overall - wish it had worked better!!
