I know results are best when you're on the LE diet for 12+ weeks but to be honest I had thought it wasn't going to take so long before we can start trying. Ideally i wanted to start trying in June. That is 7 weeks away. Should I try for a later date or is there anything I can do to strengthen my sway since I will be DTD less than 12 weeks. Side note: I was hoping to get pregnant before September since I'll be more stressed out then with a new job etc. I wanted to try to get pregnant May, June, July, August.
What are your suggestions?
Also we are very fertile. We got pregnant with DS immediately.

I am in the same boat.. Well I started a week ago and wanted to try June.. Think I am going to just try July August and pray that it happens quickly! A few people have gotten back to me and said its just most effective with 12 weeks behind you.
For me I just have to think, do I want a baby sooner rather than later or give myself the best possible choice?? Another thought is the seasons.. Summer is best for girl sway so don't want to miss that factor!

I am fine with you guys starting any point after 6 weeks. In fact I kinda prefer it that way esp. if you're going to use other sway tactics like frequency, timing, jellies, antihistamine, since all these things can lower odds of conception.

Summer is not best for a pink sway. I know they say that on Ingender but they are wrong and studies involving tens of thousands of people done by medical doctors have shown a bump in girl conceptions Mar-May and boy conceptions in Sept-Nov in the Northern Hemisphere. In the Southern, these peaks are reversed. The closer you get to the equator, the less the seasons matter with more girls than statistically expected (but still around 50-50) in equatorial countries all year long.

I think time on the diet is very important so I would personally suggest waiting. If you can't, I'd go vegan, 30g of fat, and be very strict.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
