So let me get this straight..... My diet can decrease my testosterone levels? I am a high stress person who lately can be on edge. Aside from the sway id love to know I can monitir this because I don't like myself when I feel "high testosterone". So if I can alter my levels I'd love to do this on a regular basis not just for a sway.

Testosterone & Diet

Testosterone DOES NOT affect female personality, and it's been proven in studies. So while many of us moms of many boys are control-freak-y anxious types it's not testosterone doing that but something else entirely. Women have so little T that it just has no effect.
Diet does help with whatever this is. I do feel like the changes in my personality that happened when I swayed pink have stuck around still now years later so it's a long term possible positive change.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
