    Signed up now what?

    Posting again because I can't seem to get an answer through support it or here on my other post. I've signed up for the complete TTC package but have not received an email or anything else. What is the next step. I believe this was suppose include the recipe book etc and I know I'll need to fill out questionnaires for the plan. Please advise.
