Would fruit juice and sugar consumption sway blue? I used to drink lots of apple and orange juice, I'm thinking maybe that may have contributed some what to having lots of boys lol

Does sugar sway?

I believe atomic's said it can contribute to lots of EWCM which sways for boys (though not for me *grumble*), as well as the nutritive aspect. If it was paired with snacking and protein, it would also definitely keep your blood sugar high (though without those other things would trigger a crash).
Anecdotally, I was practically phobic about juice and I got a girl. I ate semi-frequent sweet things, but tended more towards artificial sweetners (and also ate very low calorie, low protein, etc.)

It depends.
If you are eating sugary foods (like drinking juice or pop) all day every day then it keeps your blood sugar up and high constantly and can sway blue because of that. Additionally there are nutrients in juice that may sway blue. And if you ahve PCOS or PCO-tendencies, too many carby foods can raise your testosterone and also sway blue.
BUT. A woman who is a light eater and eats sugary junky foods when she does eat, would be swaying pink (provided she does not have PCO, that is) because she is not consuming many calories or protein and what she is eating is sugar, meaning it raises blood sugar for a short time but then causes a blood sugar crash of very low blood sugar. If she regularly ate like this, (you know the type of gals who eat a yoplait light yogurt for breakfast, a diet coke and a candy bar for lunch, and a salad for dinner along with 5 rice krispie squares) that is still going to sway pink for her.Last edited by atomic sagebrush; September 20th, 2016 at 12:02 PM.

Not sure where you're getting the EWCM idea but I don't think I ever said that. Juice may help make EWCM but not sugar. Sugar has nothing to do with EWCM

Not sugar, but juice is what I was saying you said. Not pop or sugar on its own. When you say nutrients that sway pink, where is that coming from? I thought the "minerals for girls" was debunked and otherwise nutrients plus HE swayed for boys?

Hi Atomic
Regarding the LE DIET, from the moment you get pregnant, do you eat normally again? As in, the sex of the baby will be determined at Conception so what you eat after the BFP won't alter anything right? Thanks

AT BFP, YES, you can normalize. I prefer you guys stick to diet up until that point though. Do not just go off diet after O has occured.
