    running / exercise

    Hi Atomic,
Question - so I've been running 60 minutes 6x/week since February on occasion 5x/week. I mostly stick to 6x / week. But in August it was a busy month of travel/ and visitors so from mid August-mid September I did 3-4x / week at 60 minutes and then from mid September I went back up to 5x a week. We TTC mid September (1 attempt) and I've continued to exercise. Do you think the dip in exercising for the 2 weeks end of August and first 2 weeks of Sept leading up to O has an impact? I've lost 17lbs since February, eat mostly vegetables - here and there I eat some chicken, fish and shrimp... I'm at about 104 lb, 5'3. Thoughts? Thanks!!

    Hi!

That is fine!! It is a cumulative thing and once you've been at it for a while I think it's fine to reduce it.

You are getting quite thin so I think it's time to hold steady and not lose any more.

Are you sticking in limits of the diet?? Vegetables are FREE and unlimited so you need to be getting calories, fat, and protein from somewhere OTHER than vegetables.

Thanks so much Atomic. I've just been mainly trying to go vegetarian with limited chicken, fish and shrimp and some tofu. Lots of bread, rice, pasta - veggie sushi rolls. I eat cinnamon raisin toast in the morning with coffee (cream and sugar) and lunch is usually salads with olive oil and balsamic vingar and plain pasta or dinner roll. Dinner is usually rice and veggies sometimes with chicken, shrimp or fish (but small quantity). I TTC'd a few weeks ago so we will see. Is being thin help with the girl sway? I've stopped losing weigh and have remained steady at 104lb for a few weeks now. This is the lowest i've weigh

A nice thing is - i have been pretty consistent in running since February. I dropped off from mid August - mid september with one week running 3x, then 4x, then 3x. Other than those 3 weeks I have done 5/6x/ week.

Hopefully going vegetarian (i didn't count exactly what I ate but pretty sure I didnt go over 1800cal), running 5/6x/week, 1 attempt, hot bath for DT before attempt and pretty thin helps with the sway. We will see!

Yes, according to studies being a low BMI = more girls conceived. I don't want you to lose any more though.

I think you are fine to TTC this month.
