I've been really good about my 60 minutes of cardio 5-6 times per week for the past nine weeks. We're having our first attempt in December.
I've been feeling soooo sick for almost two weeks now with a head cold that just won't go away, and am tempted to skip my cardio for the week in the hopes that I'll recover better. Would a week off hurt my sway a lot? Would I be better to force myself to go for long walks? Just feeling so depleted right now...

I want you to play it by ear, take a couple days off and see how it feels. I suspect you'll feel better pretty quickly at which point you can of course add exercise back at that point.
I'd also probably have a cheat meal or two, to see if you're just a little low in nutrients.
Feel better soon!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
