Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Made big changes, I really cut back on carbs and I stopped eating breakfast. I had a glass of white pretty much every night and I was drinking 2 large mugs (about 3 cups each) of coffee with flavoured creamer every day. I cut out cereal too which I used to eat a lot of and I cut way back on snacking. I did not follow the PCOS diet religiously at all though (what Atomic recommended in my plan).

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Technically I started it around January but I didn't follow it to a T and had plenty of cheat days.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

No but he started drinking flavoured creamer in his coffee just b/c I was and he liked it. So I think that's good for girl?

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Don't know. I believe I lost a few pounds in the summer but I don't own a scale so I'm not sure if I kept it off or not. I feel as though I did.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

In the beginning of my sway, I was riding my stationary bike pretty consistently but I stopped in the summer.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Coffee and alcohol every day plus no breakfast and very little snacking. One attempt but I can't be 100% certain on that.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Everything else, haha! I wasn't following a strict diet in the last couple of months and it's possible we had 2 attempts in my fertile period. I OD'd on sugar over Halloween too.

Things worth mentioning:

This was a surprise! I was getting used to the idea of not being pregnant again and was feeling ok with that although definitely not ready to make a permanent decision. I just started a new business and have been focusing on that. I thought perhaps we would revisit the idea in a couple of years. I even deleted my cycle tracking app on my phone b/c I was getting tired of seeing "Fertile period!" pop up and knowing we couldn't do anything about it (DH is very against the idea of a 5th). I do remember that I was expected to ovulate on a Friday and we DTD on Saturday so I really thought I was out of the woods anyway. But I may have o'd later, I really don't know. I even stopped paying attention to my CM b/c I felt I was getting obsessive about that.
DH does not know and I'm nervous to tell him. He's been so stressed lately, I'm worried this will really do a number on him. He is beginning to wonder why I haven't started my period yet though. Not sure why he's not suspecting pregnancy.
